Earth Vs The Flying Saucers

As Dr. Russ Marvin is driving to the rocket laboratory with his new bride Carol, the couple see a flying saucer. As Russ was dictating notes at the time he has evidence of the aliens approach on his tape recorder. They report the incident to the military and wait for a response. But whilst waiting a flying saucer lands at the laboratory and aliens emerge to give Earth an ultimatum. They want a friendly takeover and Earth is given 59 days to agree....
