Vampires Night Orgy

A group of travellers are stranded in a lonely village in Transylvania in the mountains after their bus breaks down. The village appears at first to be quite normal apart from a few little oddities. Who is the mysterious countess of whom everyone is in awe? What is the meat they are eating at dinner? And why does no-one want the travellers to leave?
