Detective Eddie Monroe comes to the aid of Dr Aja Turner when K-9000, a beautiful German Shepherd cybernetic crime fighting dog, is stolen. Eddie and Dr Turner find themselves pitted against the evil Anton Zeiss, a former US intelligence agent, determined to learn the secrets of the K-9000 project for his own gain.
